How Long Does the Coverage Last?
This warranty remains in force for one year from the date the appliance is delivered to the customer.
Who is Covered by the Warranty?
The original owner of the warmer is covered by this warranty.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or parts that have stopped functioning correctly while in normal use.
What Does the Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover the following damage done to the warmer:

Water Damage

Wax leaking into the internals of the warmer

Damage from dropping the product

Damage from improperly using the warmer

Damage done from opening the warmer for any reason
How You Can Get Service?
If you believe that your warmer needs repairs or replacement under this warranty, please contact Professional’s Choice Salon Products at professoinalschoicesp@gmail.com or call us at (570) 851-2364. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the warmer to Professional’s Choice Salon Products.
